This agreement represents the complete agreement, and understanding between
KENYA BEACH TRAVEL, LIMITED and the user, and supersedes any other agreement.

Kenya Beach Travel may modify these terms and conditions. The use of Kenya Beach

Use of Material
As provided by Kenyan law, and by International treaties, Kenya Beach Travel
copyrighted materials may not be uploaded from www.kenya-travels.com
without the explicit permission of the KENYA BEACH TRAVEL, LIMITED. Copyrighted
materials may be downloaded for personal use. Except as expressly permitted, all
materials are copyrighted, and may not be distributed to others. Copyrighted
material may not be changed nor can neither the author attribution notices nor
the copyright notices be modified.
Abuse of Services
Any use of Kenya Beach Travel system resources that disrupts the normal use of
the system for other Kenya Beach Travel users, are considered abuse of system
resources, and is grounds for administrative intervention. Depending on the
nature, and the severity of the abuse, the user may receive an E-mail warning
from Kenya Beach Travel System Administrator. Violations of any of the Kenya
Beach Travel conditions of use, are unethical, and may be criminal offenses.
Users are expected to report to Kenya Beach Travel any information, one may have
concerning instances in which the conditions of use have been or are being
violated. When Kenya Beach Travel becomes aware of possible violations, we will
initiate an investigation. Confirmation of violations may result in criminal
prosecution.
